Could we give others our full attention, truly listen to understand versus reply, and open our self to influence, achieving trust and positive results in our relationships?

COMPETING

Don't we spend most of our days competing in countless ways with others for recognition, accolades, reputation, and reward?

How often do we impose out beliefs, try to convince others, interrupt to get our point out first, and listen to find ways to persuade rather than truly understand?

Are there any ways we don't meet force with force in our efforts to be right and win over others?
